Account

How do I create an account?

Just provide us with your information and most importantly, your email address and password. You will need these to log in to your account. We will send our monthly newsletters and any updates for our customers to the email address provided.

You will be able to update details like shipping address and contact information, change of password, view previous orders and subscription of our newsletters.

I have forgotten my password!

Click on forgotten password and enter your email address in the box. A temporary password will be sent to the address. Remember to change your password once you log into your account.

I cannot sign in to my account!

Please contact us at +65 9825 6534 or hello@bestbaby.com.sg. We will address the problem immediately.

 

Ordering

I bought that item before, how do I cancel my order? 

Please write to us at hello@bestbaby.com.sg. Please quote your order number, your name and item description. Alternatively, you may call us at +65 9825 6534. (Available just about everyday!)

The shopping cart is empty even though I added some items.

I have already paid but I need to get some more items!

Of Course, you can add on to your order! You can just write to us or call us. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. We will be glad to change the delivery address for you if the parcel has not been shipped.

Can I pay by cash on delivery? 

Unfortunately, no as we use a 3rd party shipping company.

When will I get my package if I place my order today?

It has been a week and I have not received my item.

You can call us at +65 9825 6534. Our staff will be glad to help you.

 

The item needs an instruction manual but it is not in the package. It is missing!

Just drop us an email at hello@bestbaby.com.sg. Please be assured that we will check all packages before shipping out.

  

What are your delivery charges for local and international shipping?

 

For local delivery, it depends on the shipping method chosen.

Registered Post (4 - 5 days) $3.00
Next Day Courier Shipping (payment by noon) $4.50
Self Collect (subject to appointment) FREE
Standard Post (no tracking, takes 7 - 9 days) FREE

 

For international shipping, delivery charges vary based on the country being shipped to. Customers can also choose their own shipping company to pick up the items from us and arrange shipping independently.

What can I do if I receive the wrong item or the item is broken?

All our returns are subjected to our return policy. If you need to return or exchange your item, please click here to download the return form and include this form in your return package to us.
